删除你的精准饮食账户
方式一：在 App 内立即删除（推荐，即时生效）
- 打开「精准饮食」App（或网页版 lifereprogramming.com/diet），登录你的账户；
- 进入底部「我的」页面；
- 点击「删除账户」，按提示确认。
删除后，你的云端账户与全部数据会被永久删除，本机数据同时清除，不可恢复。删除范围包括：账户信息（邮箱/手机号、昵称）、个人参数、饮食方案与待下发方案、每周小结、报告文档、用药提醒设置与推送订阅。
方式二：邮件申请删除
如果你无法登录账户，可以发邮件申请人工删除：
- 邮箱：info@rejuveclinic.ca
- 邮件主题：申请删除精准饮食账户
- 请在邮件中提供：你注册时使用的邮箱或手机号、昵称（用于核对身份）
我们核对身份后会为你删除云端账户与全部数据（范围同上），并在 5 个工作日内处理完毕、回邮件向你确认。注意：邮件申请只能删除云端数据；你设备上的本机数据请在 App 内删除账户，或直接删除 App 并清除浏览器数据。
说明
- 删除是永久性的，完成后无法找回账户、方案与记录；如之后重新注册，将是一个全新账户。

Delete your Precision Diet account
Option 1: Delete instantly in the app (recommended)
- Open the Precision Diet app (or the web version at lifereprogramming.com/diet) and sign in;
- Go to the "Mine" tab at the bottom;
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
Your cloud account and all of your data will be permanently deleted, and data on this device will be cleared at the same time. This cannot be undone. The deletion covers: account information (email / phone number, display name), personal parameters, diet plans and pending plan deliveries, weekly summaries, report documents, medication reminder settings and push subscriptions.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, you can request manual deletion by email:
- Email: info@rejuveclinic.ca
- Subject: Request to delete my Precision Diet account
- Please include: the email address or phone number you registered with, and your display name (so we can verify your identity)
After verifying your identity, we will delete your cloud account and all associated data (same scope as above), complete the request within 5 business days, and confirm by email. Note: an email request can only delete cloud data. To remove data stored on your device, delete your account in the app, or delete the app and clear your browser data.
Notes
- Deletion is permanent. Your account, plans and records cannot be recovered afterwards; registering again creates a brand-new account.
