1. 服务说明
精准饮食是一款「方案先行」的饮食记录与对照工具：系统根据你的个人参数生成饮食方案，或接收诊所为你定制的方案；你通过拍照或手动记录每日餐食，系统将记录与方案逐项对照，给出评估与趋势参考。食材营养数据、升糖与炎症评分均为估算值，仅供参考。
2. 账户
- 你需以真实邮箱注册账户，并妥善保管密码；以你的账户进行的操作视为你本人操作。
- 你可以随时在 App「我的」页面删除账户，删除后数据按《隐私政策》处理，不可恢复。
- 游客模式下数据只保存在本机设备，不提供云端同步与方案下发。
3. 方案的来源与边界
- 自助生成方案：按你的参数与所选模板自动估算生成，是饮食管理的起点参考，不是处方。
- 诊所定制方案：由为你服务的诊所制定并下发，其内容由制定方负责；如需调整，请联系诊所。
- 照片识别结果（食材与份量）是机器估算，可能有偏差，请以你确认修正后的份量为准。
4. 健康免责（重要）
本服务提供生活方式与营养方面的信息与记录工具，不构成医疗建议，不提供疾病诊断或治疗，不能替代医生或其他合格医疗专业人员的意见。如你患有疾病、正在服药、怀孕或哺乳，或出现身体不适，请在使用本服务调整饮食前咨询你的医生。
5. 订阅与付费（占位）
部分高级功能（如更高的照片识别次数、云端同步容量等）未来可能以订阅形式提供。届时具体的价格、周期、自动续费与取消方式以购买页面展示的条款为准；在你明确同意购买前，我们不会向你收费。
6. 使用规范
- 不得以本服务从事违法活动，不得干扰、攻击服务的正常运行；
- 不得冒用他人身份注册，不得把账户出借给他人使用；
- 违反上述规范的，我们可以暂停或终止其账户，并保留追究责任的权利。
7. 责任边界
在法律允许的范围内：本服务按「现状」提供，我们不保证营养估算、识别结果的绝对准确，也不保证服务不间断；对于因使用本服务作出的饮食或健康决定所产生的后果，我们不承担超出法律规定的责任。本条不排除任何依法不得排除的责任。
8. 协议变更与适用法律
我们可能更新本协议，重大变更会在 App 内或以邮件通知。继续使用即视为接受更新后的协议。本协议的订立与解释适用服务提供方所在地法律（如无另行约定，为加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省法律）；争议应先友好协商，协商不成的提交有管辖权的法院。

1. The service
Precision Diet is a "plan-first" diet tracking and comparison tool: it generates a diet plan from your personal parameters, or receives a plan customized by your clinic; you log meals by photo or manually, and the service compares each day against your plan with assessments and trends. Nutrient data, glycemic and inflammation scores are estimates for reference only.
2. Accounts
- Register with a valid email address and keep your password safe; actions taken under your account are treated as your own.
- You may delete your account at any time from the "Mine" page; deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and cannot be undone.
- In guest mode, data is stored only on your device, with no cloud sync or plan delivery.
3. Plans: sources and limits
- Self-generated plans are automatically estimated from your parameters and chosen template. They are a starting reference, not a prescription.
- Clinic-customized plans are created and delivered by your clinic, which is responsible for their content; contact your clinic for adjustments.
- Photo recognition results (foods and portions) are machine estimates and may deviate; the portions you confirm prevail.
4. Health disclaimer (important)
This service provides lifestyle and nutrition information and tracking tools. It does not constitute medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a physician or other qualified health professional. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or feel unwell, consult your physician before changing your diet based on this service.
5. Subscriptions and payment (placeholder)
Some advanced features (such as higher photo-recognition limits or cloud sync capacity) may in the future be offered by subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, auto-renewal and cancellation terms will be as shown on the purchase page at that time. We will not charge you before you explicitly agree to a purchase.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, or interfere with or attack its operation;
- Do not impersonate others or lend your account to others;
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and reserve the right to pursue remedies.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law: the service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant the absolute accuracy of nutrient estimates or recognition results, nor uninterrupted availability; we are not liable beyond what the law requires for consequences of dietary or health decisions you make using the service. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the service provider's jurisdiction (unless otherwise agreed, the laws of British Columbia, Canada). Disputes should first be resolved by good-faith negotiation, failing which they will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
