Aging is not fate.It is a program — and programs can be rewritten.
Life Reprogramming takes an entire longevity clinic and puts it online, for everyone: measure your biological age, understand what is driving it, and follow a personal reprogramming plan — custom nutrition, food and daily signals — grounded in functional genomics and clinical practice.

The Entrance · Start Here
Start with your age — the real one.
Every journey through this clinic begins the same way: an assessment. Two doors lead in — a two-minute self-check for a first read, or your full health report for the complete picture. Both end at the same place: a plan, not just a report.
The 2-minute self-check
Twenty-four questions across the dimensions that drive aging — metabolism, muscle, sleep, brain, daily habits. You get dimension scores and your top priorities on the spot. It is the screening version of the assessment: fast, free, and honest about its limits.
The full report assessment
Upload your health report and enter its key values: the system reads every marker against the full aging-marker panel, estimates your biological age, lists your problems and risks — then builds your plan. This is the clinic's real front door.
Your genes ship from the factory and cannot be changed. But above them runs an operating system — the epigenetic layer that decides which genes speak and which stay silent. Aging is that system accumulating errors: the wrong genes switched off, the wrong ones left running. And it leaves fingerprints everywhere — in a whole panel of measurable aging markers, from methylation clocks to inflammation, hormones and muscle. Measure the markers, and the software can be debugged — and rewritten. That is the whole premise of this clinic.
AGE ONE
Chronological age
The number on your ID. It counts the days you have lived — and makes no decisions inside your cells. Two people of 60 can be decades apart where it matters.
AGE TWO
Functional age
How you perform: strength, sleep, recovery, clarity. You feel it first — but it can flatter you. The body spends its reserves to keep the surface looking fine, until one day it can't.
AGE THREE · THE ONE WE TREAT
Biological age
The true running state of your body, written in a panel of aging markers — methylation clocks, telomeres, metabolism, inflammation, hormones, organ and functional markers. DNA methylation is the deepest layer of that record, but only one layer. This is the age we measure, track, and work to turn back.
The Aging Markers · Measure · Read · Act · Renew
Every marker can be read. Every marker can be moved.
Biological age is not a feeling and not a single test — it is the sum of many measurable markers, and DNA methylation is only one family among them. Below is the full panel we work with, class by class: what each marker is, what it tells us, and how we act on it. No marker on this page is a verdict. Each one can be interpreted, each one can be intervened on — and moving them, then measuring again, is what renewing your age actually means.
Tap any marker to see its reference range. Ranges shown are commonly used clinical references; laboratories and populations differ.
01 / 08
DNA & epigenetics — the molecular clocks
The one family that reads your DNA itself — the age your cells report, and its speed.
DNA methylation clocks
Algorithms that read methylation tags on your DNA and compute both a biological age and your pace of aging. Currently the most validated single predictor of mortality and chronic-disease risk.
Act: Methyl-donor nutrition matched to your genes (folate, B12, betaine), sleep, exercise and stress control. In a published pilot trial, an 8-week methylation-support program turned this clock back by more than 3 years.
Reference: expressed as an age in years, read against your actual age — younger than your years is better; a pace-of-aging score below 1.0 means you are aging slower than average.
Telomere length
The protective caps on chromosome ends, shortened by every cell division. Short telomeres mark cells nearing exhaustion and track with higher disease risk.
Act: Antioxidant support, omega-3, regular exercise, sleep and stress care measurably slow the shortening.
Reference: reported as an age-matched percentile — longer than your peers is better. There is no single absolute value; percentile and trend are what count.
Glycan age (IgG glycans)
The sugar patterns attached to your antibodies shift with age and inflammation, producing a glycan age that can move within months.
Act: Anti-inflammatory eating, weight and hormone balance have been shown to push glycan age younger.
Reference: expressed in years against your actual age — lower is younger.
Mitochondrial markers (mtDNA)
The copy number and integrity of mitochondrial DNA reflect the state of your cellular power plants — the energy base every other system runs on.
Reference: mtDNA copy number in the higher part of the age-matched range is generally favourable; read it as a trend — there is no universal cut-off.
02 / 08
Metabolic markers
The chemistry of fuel: sugar, fat, and what they leave behind. Reversing the markers is where reversing aging begins.
Fasting glucose & HbA1c
Your current blood sugar and its 3-month average. Chronically high glucose glycates proteins — tissues slowly caramelize — accelerating nearly every aging pathway.
Act: Meal order and food structure, post-meal movement, muscle building and targeted nutrients. One of the fastest markers to improve.
Reference: fasting glucose below 5.6 mmol/L · 5.6–6.9 pre-diabetes range · 7.0 and above high. HbA1c below 5.7% · 5.7–6.4% pre-diabetes · 6.5% and above high.
Insulin resistance (fasting insulin · HOMA-IR)
How hard your pancreas must work to keep glucose normal. It is the quiet engine of metabolic aging, present years before glucose itself rises.
Act: Resistance training, visceral-fat loss, sleep and insulin-sensitizing nutrients — reversible, and the earlier the more completely.
Reference: fasting insulin below 8 μIU/mL is the working target here · 8–15 borderline · above 15 high. HOMA-IR: lower is better, ideally below 1.5.
ApoB & LDL cholesterol
The number of cholesterol particles that can enter artery walls. Lifetime ApoB exposure is the main driver of plaque — the vascular face of aging.
Act: Fat-quality swaps, soluble fiber, plant sterols, and lipid support where genes demand it. As ApoB falls, plaque risk falls with it.
Reference: ApoB below 0.90 g/L (ideally below 0.80) · LDL cholesterol below 2.6 mmol/L; people at higher risk aim lower.
Lipoprotein(a) — Lp(a)
A cholesterol particle set mostly by your genes. High Lp(a) silently raises cardiovascular and heart-valve risk.
Act: Honestly: it barely responds to lifestyle today (drugs are in trials), so we measure it once, then compensate by driving every other risk marker down.
Reference: below 75 nmol/L favourable · 75–125 borderline · above 125 high. Largely genetic — measure once to set your baseline.
Triglycerides & HDL
The fat-traffic pattern of your blood. The TG/HDL ratio is a quick window onto insulin resistance and liver fat.
Act: Less sugar and alcohol, omega-3 and exercise — typically improves within weeks.
Reference: triglycerides below 1.7 mmol/L · HDL at or above 1.0 mmol/L (men) / 1.3 mmol/L (women).
Uric acid
The end product of purine metabolism. Excess uric acid drives gout and quietly feeds inflammation, hypertension and kidney aging.
Act: Fructose and alcohol control, hydration, vitamin C and targeted support — most early cases come down without drugs.
A methylation-cycle by-product that injures vessel walls and the brain when B-vitamin status — or your genes — slow its clearance.
Act: Active-form B vitamins matched to your genes (folate form, B12, B6, betaine). It doubles as a direct readout of whether methylation support is working.
The liver-made protein reflecting nutritional reserves and synthetic capacity — one of the nine inputs of the PhenoAge biological-age score. Low-normal values track with frailty.
Act: Adequate protein, liver support and inflammation control restore it.
The slow fire — and the immune system that tends it, or fails to.
hs-CRP (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein)
The standard gauge of low-grade systemic inflammation — inflammaging made visible in a routine blood draw.
Act: Gut repair, anti-inflammatory fats, sleep and visceral-fat loss reliably lower it.
Reference: below 1.0 mg/L low · 1.0–3.0 intermediate · above 3.0 high. Measure when you are not ill — infections distort it.
Ferritin
Commonly misread as simple 'iron stores'. In adults, high ferritin more often means iron trapped inside cells — a transport problem — plus inflammation, not iron excess.
Act: Always read it with serum iron and transferrin saturation; treat the inflammation and the transport problem (for example apolactoferrin in the right pattern) instead of blindly adding or removing iron.
Reference: below 300 μg/L (men) / 200 μg/L (women) — read together with transferrin saturation; a high ferritin often signals iron-transport trouble and inflammation rather than iron excess.
White cell profile (WBC · lymphocyte %)
Total white cells and the lymphocyte share reflect immune tone and stress load — two of the nine PhenoAge inputs, and a basic read on immune aging.
Act: Sleep, control of infection and inflammation, stress regulation and immune-supportive nutrients normalize the pattern over time.
Signaling molecules poured out by senescent 'zombie' cells — the measurable exhaust of your cellular senescence burden.
Act: Senolytic strategies (fisetin-class compounds), fasting rhythms and exercise reduce the burden; testing is still specialist-level.
Reference: no universal cut-off — read against your laboratory's range, and as a trend over time.
04 / 08
Hormones
The body's messaging network: signals that set pace, repair and mood.
Thyroid panel (TSH · free T4 · free T3)
The body's metabolic thermostat. Even drift inside the 'normal' range slows metabolism, brain and muscle as years pass.
Act: Selenium, iodine and iron status, gut and stress work — plus clinical hormone care when the labs demand it.
Reference: this clinic works to a tighter TSH band of 0.5–2.5 mIU/L (many laboratory ranges run to about 4.5), read together with free T4 and free T3.
Sex hormones (testosterone · estradiol · progesterone)
They drive muscle, bone, brain, mood and cardiovascular protection. Their decline is a core chapter of midlife aging in both sexes.
Act: Sleep, training and body composition first; precursor and nutrient support; hormone therapy itself is a clinical decision made on full labs.
Reference: interpreted against age- and sex-specific ranges — your position within your age band matters more than any single number.
DHEA-S
The most abundant adrenal hormone and the reservoir for sex hormones. It falls steadily from the mid-twenties and tracks resilience and repair capacity.
Act: Reducing stress load and restoring sleep repairs the axis; direct supplementation only under lab guidance.
Reference: declines with age — the upper half of your age-band range is the favourable zone.
Cortisol rhythm
The daily curve of your stress hormone. A flattened or inverted curve means the rhythm itself — not just the level — has aged.
Act: Light timing, sleep regularity, adaptogens and training-load management rebuild the curve.
Reference: judged by the shape of the daily curve — high in the morning, low at night — not by a single reading.
IGF-1
The growth signal balancing repair against overgrowth. Too low means frailty, too high means risk — the target is the youthful middle.
Act: Protein adequacy, resistance training and fasting balance move it toward that middle.
Reference: the middle of your age-band range is the favourable zone; both high and low extremes are unfavourable.
Vitamin D (25-OH)
A hormone-like regulator of immunity, bone, muscle and mood. Deficiency is endemic at northern latitudes and accelerates several aging pathways.
Act: Sunlight plus test-guided D3 with K2 — one of the simplest markers to correct precisely.
Reference: 75 nmol/L and above sufficient · 50–75 insufficient · below 50 deficient. Many clinicians target 75–125 nmol/L.
05 / 08
Organs & vessels
What organ tests and imaging reveal before symptoms ever speak.
Carotid IMT & plaque (ultrasound)
Ultrasound of the neck arteries shows vascular age directly — wall thickening and plaque are aging you can literally watch.
Act: ApoB and blood-pressure control, endothelial support (fucoidan-class), anti-inflammatory work — plaque can stabilize and partially regress.
Reference: IMT below about 0.9 mm is the common working cut-off — and whether plaque is present matters more than thickness alone.
Coronary artery calcium (CAC)
A CT measure of calcified coronary plaque — among the strongest single predictors of future heart events.
Act: Calcium is managed by slowing progression: ApoB, blood pressure, vitamin K2 status and inflammation control.
Fat wrapped around the organs — metabolically loud tissue that secretes inflammatory signals and drives insulin resistance.
Act: The most responsive organ-level marker we have: protein-forward eating, training and sleep shrink it measurably within months.
Reference: visceral fat area below about 100 cm² on imaging is the common working target; waist below 90 cm (men) / 80 cm (women) is the usual Asian cut-off.
Liver panel & liver fat (ALT · GGT · imaging)
Liver enzymes and fat imaging reveal the metabolic liver. Fatty liver is aging of the organ that runs your whole chemistry.
Act: Cutting fructose and alcohol, weight and insulin work, liver-supportive nutrients — unloaded, the liver regenerates remarkably.
Reference: ALT below 40 U/L · GGT below 60 U/L. Liver fat is graded on imaging: none / mild / moderate / severe.
Kidney markers (eGFR · cystatin C · urine albumin)
Filtration capacity declines about 1% a year after 40 in most adults; urine albumin also leaks an early warning of vascular aging.
Act: Blood-pressure and glucose control, right-sized protein, hydration — slowing the decline is a realistic, measurable win.
Reference: eGFR 90 and above · 60–89 watch · below 60 low. Urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio below 3 mg/mmol.
Blood pressure & arterial stiffness
Pressure plus stiffness: stiff arteries are old arteries, and stiffness itself predicts brain and kidney aging.
Reference: below 120/80 mmHg optimal · systolic 120–129 elevated · 130/80 and above in the hypertension range.
06 / 08
Body & function
The age your daily life actually feels: strength, bone, breath and stride.
Muscle mass & grip strength
Muscle is the organ of longevity, and grip strength predicts mortality as well as many blood tests. Muscle loss (sarcopenia) is functional aging in plain sight.
Act: Progressive resistance training plus protein targets — the most proven age-reversing intervention on this entire list.
Reference (this clinic's working thresholds): grip strength at or above 35 kg (men) / 22 kg (women); muscle mass is read against age-band ranges on DXA or BIA.
Bone density
The skeleton's reserve. Silent loss ends in fractures — the events that most often end independence.
Act: Loading exercise, calcium with vitamins D and K2, protein and hormone evaluation can rebuild or hold bone.
Reference: T-score −1.0 and above normal · −1.0 to −2.5 low bone mass · −2.5 and below osteoporosis.
Cardiorespiratory fitness (VO₂max)
Maximal oxygen uptake — per unit, among the strongest known predictors of lifespan, and trainable at any age.
Act: Structured aerobic and interval training raises it within months; we track it like a vital sign.
Reference: reported as an age- and sex-matched percentile — higher is better; moving up one fitness band is a realistic first target.
Gait speed & balance
Walking speed and balance integrate nerve, muscle, vessels and brain — clinicians call gait speed the sixth vital sign.
Act: Strength work, balance practice and metabolic repair show up here as regained ease of movement.
Reference: a comfortable gait speed at or above 1.0 m/s is the common healthy benchmark.
07 / 08
Rhythm & wearable signals
Two aging signals your wearable already records every night.
Sleep architecture
Deep-sleep share and regularity — the nightly window when the brain clears waste and hormones reset. It erodes with age before it is ever felt.
Act: Light, timing, temperature and nutrient support (magnesium-class) restore deep sleep measurably on wearable data.
Reference (adults): deep sleep roughly 13–23% of the night, REM roughly 20–25%, with few long awakenings.
HRV & resting heart rate
Beat-to-beat flexibility of the heart — a daily readout of autonomic balance, recovery and resilience.
Act: Aerobic base training, sleep, alcohol restraint and breath work move HRV within weeks.
Reference: a resting heart rate of 50–70 bpm is common in well-conditioned adults; HRV varies widely between people — your own trend is the reference.
08 / 08
Gut microbiome
The inner ecosystem whose balance echoes through every other system.
Microbiome diversity & gut age
The diversity of your gut ecosystem and its own 'microbiome age'. Dysbiosis is now counted among the twelve hallmarks of aging and feeds inflammation body-wide.
Act: Fiber diversity, fermented foods, polyphenols and targeted probiotics rebuild the ecosystem — and calm markers far beyond the gut.
Reference: no single number — diversity and composition are read as a pattern, and as a trend.
Measure → read → act → measure again. That loop — not any single test — is the engine of this clinic.
The Operating System
Six systems. One reprogramming.
Markers tell us where you stand; systems are where we act. We map aging as six interlocking systems that can each be influenced. Your plan works on the ones your marker panel flags — in the right order.
1 · Methylation & the code
Keep the right genes on and the wrong ones off: supply the ink, guide the pen, lower the noise.
2 · The energy base
Mitochondria and NAD⁺ are the power grid every repair depends on. No power, no reprogramming.
3 · Cellular cleanup
Autophagy is the cell's clean-out crew. Reprogramming starts by removing what no longer serves.
4 · The silent fire
Chronic low-grade inflammation quietly ages every organ. Find the sparks; put out the fire at its source.
5 · Telomeres
The protective caps on your chromosomes shorten with time, stress and poor sleep — and their pace can be influenced.
6 · AI & your data
Genes, labs, sleep and daily signals form a living model of you. Test, intervene, re-test — the loop itself is the therapy.
How It Works
The whole clinic visit, reimagined online
No waiting rooms, no stacks of paper you never read again. And one rule above all: we never stop at the report. Every assessment ends in a plan you can actually follow.
1
Upload
Send in your health check report — add genetic testing if you have it.
2
Understand
Your data is read marker by marker: what is off, why it matters, what comes first — and your biological age as one clear number.
3
Your plan
A custom nutrient formula plus a personal food plan, generated from your body, your metabolism and your systems.
4
Made for you
Your formula is produced in the USA — one person's formula, made for one person — and delivered to your door.
5
Re-test & adjust
In six months, upload a new report. We compare line by line and tune the next cycle of your reprogramming.
59 → 46
One clinic case: a 49-year-old man's methylation age fell from 59 to 46 over 18 months of systematic reprogramming — the clinic's method, followed step by step.
−3.23 yrs / 8 weeks
In a published pilot clinical study, targeted diet and lifestyle intervention reversed participants' biological age by an average of 3.23 years — in just eight weeks.
Individual results vary, and the pilot study was small. We cite these as evidence the direction is real — never as a promise.
The Assessment · Report Channel
Your report, read properly.
Four steps: your data in, an honest read of every marker, a plan built from what the read finds, and your confirmation. If you attach your report file, it is stored encrypted in your clinic chart — only you and the clinic team can view it. When you confirm, the summary is sent to the clinic, and a clinician reviews it before anything is finalized.

Step 3 · Your plan
This plan is your personalization blueprint — a custom formula and a Precision Diet plan are built from it, for you alone.
Step 4 · Confirm
Confirming sends this assessment and your chosen plan to the clinic for review. During the pilot, orders are arranged personally after that review — no payment is taken on this page.
Educational pilot: this assessment supports understanding and does not diagnose. Marker bands are working drafts pending the clinic's calibration.
Personalization · Where Intervention Happens
Reports don’t move markers. A formula built for one person does.
Personalization starts from your markers. For every marker that is off, the assessment reads it together with your genes and your metabolism to find the hidden cause behind it — which pathway is blocked, which step runs slow, which nutrient is not getting where it should. Only with the cause in view can a formula truly fit. One person, one formula: built for your markers and their causes, never for a disease label.
01
Managed across your whole life
Personalization is never a one-time event. At every stage your markers, your body and your goals are different — so this stage’s formula works on this stage’s priorities, and at re-test the next stage takes up the next markers and the formula is adjusted. Planned, step by step: one formula for one stage, and the next one follows from your new data.
02
World-class patented ingredients
Every ingredient in your formula is a top-tier patented material, chosen in its most bioavailable form — the form your genes can actually use. Higher bioavailability means the same effect at a smaller dose: fewer capsules to swallow, a lighter metabolic load on your liver, and far less capsule fatigue.
03
One person, one formula — yours alone
This product belongs to exactly one person. A prescription written only for you, usage set only for you — and a dietary plan designed around you to go with it. Formula, routine and table: the entire program is designed around a single person.
04
Made to order, under your name
Once your plan is set, the product is compounded in Oregon, USA — to your formula, under your name, printed on the label — and shipped straight to you. You will not find it on any shelf: it was never made for one.
You stay in control, inside safe rails: ingredients can be removed freely; additions and dose increases pass clinical review first.

Where the Method Comes From
Written by a physician. Built for everyone.
The system behind this clinic comes from the practice of a functional-medicine physician specializing in functional genomics — a long-term research collaborator of a genetics research institute in the United States, working with its Functional Genomic Analysis program, and a teacher of physicians in gene-guided personalized nutrition. This clinic turns that system into your daily practice: you bring your data and your days — the system does the clinical thinking.
Precision Diet · The Execution System for Your Plan
First the plan. Then every meal answers to it.
Precision Diet is not a photo toy, and nobody here eats by guesswork. Every client first has a precise nutrition plan — generated from their assessment on this site, uploaded by the client, or loaded by the clinic on their behalf. The plan comes first. Only then does the camera come out.
From then on, every meal gets one photo. The system reads the plate and scores it against YOUR plan — staple, vegetables, protein, fats: execution you can see, meal by meal. Weekly trends flow back to the clinic and into your six-month review, where the plan itself is re-cut.
Precision Training · A Daily Plan Tuned to Your Recovery
Today's session, set by how recovered you are.
Precision Training starts with a movement assessment that places you on eight at-home training lines — squat, push, pull, hip hinge, core, single-leg balance, power and grip. Everything is bodyweight work you do at home, and your plan is written out in plain text: which movements, how many reps or seconds, in what order. No guesswork, and no gym.
Then every day is tuned to you. Your sleep, heart-rate recovery, stress level and a few morning answers combine into a daily readiness score that sets the day's dose — a full session, a standard day, a lighter day, or pure recovery. Each session states its estimated duration and a movement target in MET-minutes, and your levels step up week by week as you earn them: training that pushes when you are ready, and protects you when you are not.
